Sean grew up in the New Hampshire Seacoast and has always been involved in different aspects of real estate property maintenance for most of his life. After high school Sean enlisted in the US Air Force. Upon returning home, Sean began investing in real estate. Sean has bought and sold commercial and residential real estate. Naturally Sean developed a love for real estate and wants to share his passion with clients. Sean has a background in Information Technologies with 7 + years as a technology specialist.

Serving as a Project Manager and General Contractor, she effectively supervised Residential and Commercial Projects both domestically and internationally. Her trajectory in real estate naturally evolved as she shifted from engineering duties to specialize in Property Management and Rentals. Chris McClain was born and raised on the Seacoast, he knows the local market and is excited to put that knowledge to work helping you find home.
Chris has had a diverse career in hospitality, including owning and operating his own music club, where he managed contract negotiations with musicians and agents. In his many years in the hospitality industry, Chris has acquired the empathy and interpersonal skills required to work in the best interests of his clients.
The proud father of two children, Chris loves taking them to explore all that the area has to offer, from beautiful beaches to scenic mountains, and everything in between.
