Sean grew up in the New Hampshire Seacoast and has always been involved in different aspects of real estate property maintenance for most of his life. After high school Sean enlisted in the US Air Force. Upon returning home, Sean began investing in real estate. Sean has bought and sold commercial and residential real estate. Naturally Sean developed a love for real estate and wants to share his passion with clients. Sean has a background in Information Technologies with 7 + years as a technology specialist.

Anita Harris - Associate Broker
Anita's career began with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Interior Design, which allowed her to excel in the real estate sector. As a Project Manager and General Contractor, she led both residential and commercial projects internationally, delivering exceptional results through precise management of craftsmen and vendors. Her entrepreneurial spirit and expertise set her apart, whether leading her own ventures or collaborating with various companies.
Over time, Anita shifted her focus to Property Management and Rentals, gaining a deep understanding of property dynamics and maintenance through 25 years of collaboration with surveyors and engineers. To further expand her industry knowledge, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Regis University, which complemented her engineering background and enhanced her ability to serve clients.
Anita’s commitment to growth is evident in her real estate accomplishments. She earned her New Hampshire Sales Realtor license in 2018 and Maine license in 2019. After receiving her Maine license, Anita went on to achieve her Maine Broker's license in 2025. Actively involved in industry associations, she stays connected and informed on the latest trends and regulations. Expanding her reach to Southern Maine in 2019, Anita quickly earned a reputation for excellence, offering clients top-notch service in both New Hampshire and Maine. Chris McClain - Associate Broker
Chris McClain was born and raised on the Seacoast, he knows the local market and is excited to put that knowledge to work helping you find home.
Chris has had a diverse career in hospitality, including owning and operating his own music club, where he managed contract negotiations with musicians and agents. In his many years in the hospitality industry, Chris has acquired the empathy and interpersonal skills required to work in the best interests of his clients.
The proud father of two children, Chris loves taking them to explore all that the area has to offer, from beautiful beaches to scenic mountains, and everything in between.
Chris is on the board of Caring Beyond, a Seacoast nonprofit committed to assisting New Hampshire families and communities in crisis.
Chris is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors and the York County Board of Realtors.
